coastwatch not working? - again (cf #62) #80

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. loading coastwatch images doesn't work (at least for me)

This should be fixed in newest version.  Sometimes when the data is just not 
available from the Coastwatch site, we see this, but we changed so we just show 
the latest.
