CoSci Data sidebar auto-scrolls to top #87

What steps will reproduce the problem?
For example: 
1. go to CoSci/Data and select 2010/10/31
2. Expand the "NOAA PFEL" menu
3. Scroll down to "MODIS Four Panel" and expand (scroll bar jumps back to top)
4. Scroll down again and click on "2010-10-31 22:30" (image appears, but scroll 
bar jumps back to top again)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect the scroll bar to stay where it is so I can perform multiple 
actions without having to scroll down every time in between.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'm using the version of odss at https://odss.mbari.org/odss, accessed via 
Safari version 5.1.2.
