broken jquery-ui-1.8.1.custom.min.js in version 108 #3

i have downloaded the version 108, both the tgz and the zip and have found that 
the jquery-ui-1.8.1.custom.min.js have "invalid characters" on line 524:

'+šq.getTime()==b.getTime()?" ui-sôate-highlight":"")+(

replacing the first "bad" character with a ( and the ui-state.highlight fix the 
problem.

checking the svn file it is correct, so seems just like a packaging problem
