how to set credentials in SubsSupport for podnapisi provider

hi, open subtitles menu (TEXT/SUBTITLES button) -> choose subtitles -> search 
subtitles(BLUE button) -> Settings(YELLOW button)-> select podnapisi provider-> 
press OK button -> set credentials and save with green button
