RFE: Enable subtitle timing shift #9

Please enable some hot key, that causes subtitle shift (+- 0.5, 1, 1.5...
seconds) wrt the movie. Sometime subtitles aren't perfectly aligned and that
can be quite annoying. Thanks a lot!

I have already implemented this feature in 0.4 version. I will add it also to
versions based on stable 0.35 version.

I tried this subtitles shifting feature, but I can't seem to get it working.
Whenever I watch a video with subtitles, I hit the right or left key (the ones
around the Ok button) .. this causes the playlist to open and select a
different video. Doesn't cause the timing shift I was expecting. Any advice ?

Really wierd, playlist should open only on up/down, pause and stop button.

Try to increase priority for RightLeftActions - plugin.py, line 300, change
'-2' to '-6', save, remove plugin.pyo and restart e2.

Totally my mistake, seems like I didn't restart e2. Now after a reboot it seems
to work fine. Sorry for the false alarm
