Provide a simple sample app that:
1 - Allows selection of two KML files
2 - Allows selection of a period to auto-sync
3 - Button to force Sync
4 - A simple representation of the outcome: first just stats like "updated
n items, m conflicts". Later we can provide some UI for looking at diffs.
