There is a problem with charter set - if new object is created, it shows "???" 
instead "á,é..." (in title, DC, MODS and FOXML)

Now "á,é,í..." are displayed OK, but "ž..." are displayed as "~" (only in 
FOXML). DC and MODS are OK.

Probably caused by the formatter for FOXML
