Add Molecule problem ! #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a molecule 
2. right click --> tools --> Add Molecule and Edit Molecule
3. Should give a browse/edit menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Does not give the menu

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v02.08092007

Please provide any additional information below.
Fix it ASAP
