"Find" option does not work when a fragment is highlighted #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Find some atom, say "0". The index appears at that atom.
2. then if you highlight a fragment, the index on the atom vanishes
3. also after this, if u try to use "find" option again, it does not work

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
