MCheckBox #231

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Iphone IOS5
2. Implement MCheckBox
3. Slide/Toggle MCheckBox

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When you slide the switch 50% to the other side, then the corners disappear.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
mgwt 1.1.1

Please provide any additional information below.

If you give the parent DIV corners and overflow hidden, then it will probably 
work. Not tested.

We receive a lot of issues with this component. Especially on the slower and 
smaller devices such as the HTC WildFire. It is difficult to slide and it is 
not smoothly.

On the Sony Experia Arc S, it fails to draw correctly. Only the borders are 
visible.

It is also not possible to change the text, people prefer On/Off. instead of 
1/0.
