Suggest, ScrollPanel : add optional delegate on "pos" method. I need some 
static postion elements in my wydget. Add onMoveEvent on ScrollPanel cause my 
site lag (only android devices).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MGWT 1.2.0 on android devices (nexus 10 and Asus Transformer Pad)

I am quite unsure whats exactly being asked here?

We should have a callback for scrolling?

This issue was opened for our project. Since I made changes and I solved the 
problem by using those events : ScrollAnimationMoveEvent, 
SCrollAnimationEndEvent, ScrollMoveEvent and ScrollEndEvent.
Clearly, it's not necessary to have a callback !
