Dead links in documentation #336

The links to GWT documentations are outdated (and mostly dead). They should 
maybe be updated to the new documentation pages of the GWT community

In the wiki: https://code.google.com/p/mgwt/wiki/GettingStarted
Under the Heading "Basics" the first sentence gives three links, which are all 
directed at old google and not current gwtproject.org
