GPL Headers #104

I am trying to include this in the Debian and Ubuntu repositories but
before I can get mbpurple into the distros all major files licensed under
the GPL must include the GPL headers. I can provide a patch if needed.

Thanks for this great plugin and sorry for the tedious request =/

There is a COPYING file on the top level that contains GPL. Do we need to 
include GPL
on top of all headers and sources too?

Unfortunately, that is what I'm being told. That all GPL files need to have the 
GPL
headers.  =(

Ok, I put some word in most C code stated that it's GPL. Also, in twitter.h, 
there is
a statement said "All codes are GPLv3 otherwise stated"
