conversion to android app fails when icon is blank #74

Minor issue:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. get a midlet without icon in jad
2. try to convert to android app with microemu-android
3. build fails when it tries to regexp jad attributes, and empty icon is not 
allowed. the message says about midlet name, but actually the problem is with 
icon

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For empty icon some default icon from ME package should be used instead

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ME 3.0 from trunk
