long term connection apps issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. leave skype or ebuddy open and connected 3g/wifi for hours

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

those programs seem to loose connection, they show online but that is not true, 
in particular skype refuses to close and a forced kill is necessary, ebuddy 
seems to try uselessly to reconnecet vainly
while this happens gmail "seems" to work correctly downoading new mails, I 
thought this was a skype issue but 2 apps is too strange

What version of MiniCM you are using? On what device (mini, pro, x8)?

1.0.1 for mini

What app(s) are involved in the problem?

ebuddy and skype

Have you tried rebooting your device?

yes tons of times, but the long term connection problem persists

What is the adb logcat output when the problem accurs (see:
http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.php?title=Logcat)

if I can catch something i'll post

Please provide any additional information below.

happens on a cleanly installed rom too, I tried this, both on 3g and wifi

ok this is an alogcato for failed skype login after the "freeze"
it says connecting forever, then i hit back and says "canceling" forever, then 
I killed with back button long press (enabled via developers apps menu)
