DSP Manager doesn't affect sound

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play music
2. Enter DSP Manager and enable equalizer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should affect on output sound, but there's no effect after setting 
parameters in DSP Manager.

What version of MiniCM you are using? On what device (X10mini, X10minipro,
X8)
MiniCM9-3.0.0 on X8

What app(s) are involved in the problem?
DSPManager

Have you tried rebooting your device?
Yes

What is the adb logcat output when the problem accurs (see:
http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.php?title=Logcat)

Please provide any additional information below.

im also having this problem. Last time when im using minicm7 2.3.7 on x8 i can 
use 2 equalizer together that is dspmanager and poweramp's equalizer but after 
i update to minicm9 3.0.0 i can only use idle 1

same problem on minicm10 4.0.0 X8, works with apollo, but poweramp doesn't.
