Call volume is to low... #540

MiniCM9-3.0.1 (robyn) on X10Mini

Call volume needs to get fixed by letting the user choose how high or not the 
volume must be.Personally, i can barely hear (when dialer works ofcourse...) 
the other person!

Try bringing the call volume to the lowest. Same thing here with X10mini and 
this works..

x10 mini call volume very low if not i would have switched fully to minicm9

i still bug with gingerbread with x8.

I correct this bug and commit this correction into a fork of 
android_devic_semc_msm27-common

ad/libaudio/AudioHardware.cpp

I test with my sony xperia x8.

Another person to test this correction.
