camera night mode problem on MiniCM7-2.2.1 [10/6/12]Gingerbread 2.3.7/CM7.2 unofficial port for the pro #570

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start night mode on the settings of camera
2. start automatic flash
3. picture is taken AFTER the flash goes off....resulting in a black picture.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? photo should be taken 
simultaneously with the flash. however, the photo lags behind the flash in 
night mode.

What version of MiniCM you are using? MiniCM7-2.2.1
On what device (X10mini, X10minipro,
X8)?x10 mini pro
 Are you using Compcache/Zram?no
 Are you overclocking/undervolting?no

What app(s) are involved in the problem? camera

Have you tried rebooting your device? yes

What is the adb logcat output when the problem accurs (see:
http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.php?title=Logcat) unable to open log 
device'/dev/log/main' : permission denied. (i dont know how to correct this.)

Please provide any additional information below.
