X10 Mini Pro Unable to hear call waiting beep

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on call waiting function ON from Advance Call settings.
2. Accept 1st Call from cell
3. Get 2nd call, but you wont be able to hear any call waiting beep.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You get notification to accept or reject call, but wont be able to hear any 
call waiting beep 

What version of MiniCM you are using? On what device (X10mini, X10minipro,
X8)? 
Device: X10 Mini Pro (U20i)
Rom: Mini CM9 3.0.4 (mimmi)
Kernel: 2.6.29.6-nAa-ics-03

Are you using Compcache/Zram? Are you overclocking/undervolting?
- ZRam to 26%
- No undervolt / OverClocking
- Allow purging assests is ON
- Kernel samepage merging is ON

What app(s) are involved in the problem?
- Default OS Phone Call app

Have you tried rebooting your device?
- Yes

What is the adb logcat output when the problem accurs (see:
http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.php?title=Logcat)

Please provide any additional information below.
