Dialer, File Explorer, Video Player. #735

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I'm from Venezuela, I can not dial * 5 For I get error mime and hangs up. In 
other words I can not ask my balance telephone.
2.In the file browser I can not start the bluetooth, I get a dialog that says 
bluetooth but nothing more, I can not send anything from there.
3.The video player has the same graphical interface to the audio player, but 
you can not use the menus that appear there.

What version of MiniCM you are using? On what device (X10mini, X10minipro,
X8)? Are you using Compcache/Zram? Are you overclocking/undervolting?

X10mini (Robyn), CM7 2.2.1 Gingerbread 2.3.7, No compcache/zram, No 
undervolting, no overclocking.

What app(s) are involved in the problem?

Dialer, File Explorer, Video Player.

Have you tried rebooting your device?

On several occasions
