Feature Request: quick link to jump to the top of the page... #111

Description of version not really needed...

I don't know if you are familiar with iPhone apps (may also hold true on the 
droid's) but basically in most iphone apps (including facebook) if you tap on 
the top title bar it scrolls you all the way back up to the top of the page.... 

it would be neat to see this implemented in minimalist if possible (I don't 
know if chrome allows you control over navigation within the page but I guess 
you could use an anchor fairly easily but it'd be nicer if you could do it 
without it refreshing the page)

but basically as you are scrolling down far... and want to get back up to the 
top its a pain in the butt to use the scroll bar that far or scroll wheel on 
the mouse... one click would be nice... :)
