Feature Request: Hide Pages in Navigation #117

Which Minimalist for Facebook option is causing the problem?
Navigation

What is the problem? Describe completely:
The navigation section does not give you the option to hide "Pages" (see 
screenshot)

MinFbook version         0.5.13
Chrome version          14.0.797
Chrome update channel   dev
Operating System        win7 x64
Language                EN-US
Other Fbook extensions  N/A

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.

Okay good, just wanted to check what section it's in. To hide anything in that 
section, hover over it's name, click the X that appears to the left, select 
"Never", and "Save Settings". You may have to have MinFbook toggled off for the 
X to appear.
