MinFbook version - 0.5.20

Top bar color and logo  is misaligned when a custom colour is used

I can't guarantee anymore updates to the extension. I'm converting all my 
extensions to Minimalist for Everything and I'm still on the fence about 
converting MinFbook because I don't use Facebook anymore and they are making it 
so time consuming to maintain...
