If background color is too dark you cannot read text #56

Which Minimalist for Facebook option is causing the problem?
background color

What is the problem? Describe completely:
When I set my background color to Black or a dark color the text is unreadable 
unless I highlight it. What I would like to see is the ability to change text 
color if possible. That would mean I could change my font to white and my 
background to black. I am on the computer a lot and staring at the bright 
background is seriously a strain on the eyes. Thanks.

MinFbook version        - Version: 0.5.7
Chrome version          - 12 (canary)
Chrome update channel   -
Operating System        - windows 7
Language                - English
Other Fbook extensions  - None

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.
