Multiple Inboxes do not display properly

Which Minimalist Gmail option is causing the problem?
First recognized after activating "Hide navigation" (Navigation|Hide All).

What is the problem? Describe completely:
If using Multiple Inboxes lab (placed them to the right side of regular inbox) 
and if Navigation bar is hidden, the inboxes aren't displayed correctly, 
right-hand there's a huge free space (seems like those 172px of the hidden 
Navbar).
If Navbar is displayed then the other inboxes aren't displayed at all. (I guess 
this happens according to my rather narrow screen resolution of 1024x600, 
Windows Taskbar put vertical to the left and this extra clickable area on 
navbar's left (the one to make it vanish), which altogether just left to little 
space for the extra inboxes.)

Does the issue persist when loading Gmail with this link:

Yea I'm going to rework the Navigation handling code and it should fix these 
issues

Please disable Minimalist for Gmail if you have it installed and install
Minimalist for Everything instead.
