Hidden Navigation panel pushes contact list down page #135

I have hidden the navigation panel in Gmail. When viewing emails (both 
individual and in Inbox) the hidden nav panel loads properly next to the main 
window. When I open Contacts (I added the link to the Google bar using 
Minialist Gmail's custom URL feature) the nav panel seems to load hidden and 
above the contact list.

I've included a screenshot to hopefully make my point clear. I blurred out all 
the contacts' info in the shot

That only happens with the contacts view, not any other views?

THIS EXTENSION IS DEPRECATED!

Active development continues at Minimalist for Everything:

The Gmail module for Minimalist for Everything has all the same features of
Minimalist for Gmail and more!

Please disable Minimalist for Gmail if you have it installed and install
Minimalist for Everything instead.
