Auto-reply messages conflicts with Google Bar features

Which Minimalist for Gmail option is causing the problem?
Google bar: Make invisible until mouseover

What is the problem? Describe completely:
When you create an auto message, a new bar is shown at the top of your screen 
describing the message.  When this bar is displayed, the google bar is not 
shown if you have it set as invisible until mouseover.

Does the problem persist when loading Gmail with this link: yes

MinGmail version       -1.7.9
Chrome version         -11.0.696.3
Chrome update channel  -dev
Operating System       -win7 x64
Language               -english
Google apps user?      -no
Other Gmail extensions -n/a

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.
