Hiding the logo should pull everything to the left #26

When I hide the logo, the search box still hovers alone in the middle-ish of 
the page. I'd love that to smack left-aligned with my inbox.

I agree. I attempted a CSS fix for this in the 1.6.0 beta but for some unknown 
reason it didn't allow typing in chat. This will be coming when I can figure 
out an elegant solution.

Minimalist for Gmail and more!

Please disable Minimalist for Gmail if you have it installed and install
Minimalist for Everything instead.
