Some features interfere with Google bar menu

I'm not sure which option is doing it, I went through everything in the header 
but no effect. Toggling the extension worked though.

Clicking the account name (foo@bar.com) in the top right doesn't cause the menu 
to pop up, so I'm unable to switch accounts.

Still happens, even without labs. 

Toggled options in the header (last IP, autohide, etc), no effect on the 
problem.

MinGmail version       - 1.7.33
Chrome version         - 11.0.696.77
Chrome update channel  - Release
Operating System       - OSX Snow Leopard
Language               - English
Google apps user?      - For some accounts yes.
Other Gmail extensions - None.

I'm a bit swamped at the moment so if you can narrow down which feature is 
causing this I'll be able to fix it much sooner.

I use the account switcher on a regular basis so it must be a specific feature 
that's doing it.

Please disable Minimalist for Gmail if you have it installed and install
