Navigation Custom Width does not work for Apps users

Which Minimalist for Gmail option is causing the problem?
1.7.36

What is the problem? Describe completely:
When I try to set the navigation custom width for a Google Apps domain account 
the Inbox is blank and the nav bar does not increase in size.  This does work 
properly with my personal Gmail account.

Does the problem persist when loading Gmail with this link:
https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?labs=0 if not, list your enabled labs
experiments:
Works with regular Gmail account
Does not work with Google Apps domain account

MinGmail version       - 1.7.36
Chrome version         - 12.0.742.100
Chrome update channel  -
Operating System       - Win7
Language               - English
Google apps user?      - Y
Other Gmail extensions -

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.

Minimalist for Gmail and more!

Please disable Minimalist for Gmail if you have it installed and install
Minimalist for Everything instead.
