Feature Request: Hide sidebar context options #308

I would like there to be an option to remove or hide context icons (for new 
window, print, expand/collapse, etc.) when sidebar ads are removed.

The Gmail module for Minimalist for Everything has all the same features of
Minimalist for Gmail and more!

Please disable Minimalist for Gmail if you have it installed and install
Minimalist for Everything instead.
