Feature Request: Change favicon when you have a new chat message #313

It would be nice if the favicon would change to an orange chat bubble when 
someone is talking to you on Google Talk. 

Just a small suggestion, this way it allows for you to see you have a new 
message if your sound is muted and you don't hear the chime.

If you use my favicon notifications instead of the ones in Gmail labs, it 
blinks a chat bubble when you have an unread chat.
