Options page does not change tabs

Which Minimalist for Gmail option is causing the problem?
The Options page

What is the problem? Describe completely:
When I try and go from General to Notifications or Google Bar or any other 
option it just scrolls the General page down but does not change the page 
unless you reload the page. 

Does the problem persist when loading Gmail with this link:
https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?labs=0 if not, list your enabled labs
experiments:

MinGmail version       - 1.7.39
Chrome version         - 14.0.812.0 canary
Chrome update channel  -
Operating System       - Windows
Language               - English
Google apps user?      -
Other Gmail extensions -

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.

With the provided screenshots I had clicked on the highlighted option and that 
is what the screen displayed. Notice in the second one how it has random text 
at the bottom of the screen that seems to come from nowhere.

Not a Minimalist issue. Bug in current Chromium/Canary builds. Constant 
regressions like this is why I don't support those builds...
