With Gmail's new "Preview theme", Floating Navigation causes scroll area to get off track

Which Minimalist for Gmail option is causing the problem?
Floating Navigation

What is the problem? Describe completely:
I have the new "Preview" theme installed, and when I scroll on a large email or 
Buzz, the scroll area moves to the left a few pixels covering a little of the 
navigation.

Does the problem persist when loading Gmail with this link:
https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?labs=0 if not, list your enabled labs
experiments:
Yes, still there.

MinGmail version       - 1.7.40
Chrome version         - 14.0.814.0
Chrome update channel  - Dev
Operating System       - Mac OS X 10
Language               - English
Google apps user?      - No
Other Gmail extensions - None

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.
