Floating nav won't float #336

Which Minimalist for Gmail option is causing the problem?
Floating toolbars
Floating navigation

What is the problem? Describe completely:
Floating toolbar works but sometimes gets "stuck" at the top of the screen when 
I scroll all the way up. A grey box is where the toolbar should be. 
Floating navigation just does not work. Navigation does not move with page. 

Does the problem persist when loading Gmail with this link:
https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?labs=0 if not, list your enabled labs
experiments:
Yes it persists. 

MinGmail version       can't find it!
Chrome version         12.0.742.122 
Chrome update channel  -
Operating System       XP (also happens on a mac, most recent version of chrome)
Language               English
Google apps user?      no
Other Gmail extensions -

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.

I'll look into floating navigation. Turn off Floating toolbars. It's an 
official Gmail feature now and the conflict is what's breaking it.

Hmm floating navigation is working again for me today... Any change on your end?

I've actually had some problems with floating nav on my Windows computer (XP). 
I have to refresh the page and sometimes it still doesn't work......odd, even 
with those issues we seem to have solved (those were due to my Mac, though)

Active development continues at Minimalist for Everything:

The Gmail module for Minimalist for Everything has all the same features of
Minimalist for Gmail and more!

Please disable Minimalist for Gmail if you have it installed and install
Minimalist for Everything instead.
