Custom CSS does not load initially

Which Minimalist for Gmail option is causing the problem?
Custom CSS

What is the problem? Describe completely:
When I first open gmail it does not load my custom css. I have to refresh my 
browser for it to update with my custom css.

Does the problem persist when loading Gmail with this link:
https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?labs=0 if not, list your enabled labs
experiments: Not sure, if I reload the page it fixes.

MinGmail version       - Version: 1.7.42
Chrome version         - 12.0.742.91
Chrome update channel  -
Operating System       - Mac OS X 10.6.8
Language               - English
Google apps user?      - No
Other Gmail extensions -

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.

I haven't seen this before. If you launch the whole browser with Gmail as a 
starting tab and it doesn't load. This is an issue with the Chrome Extension 
framework (Page loads before extensions do).

If it happens whenever you open Gmail then it's a unique issue. Next time this 
happens let me know if there are any JS Errors:

[wrench] > Tools > JavaScript console > Errors

Please disable Minimalist for Gmail if you have it installed and install
