Feature Request: show details by default

Which Minimalist for Gmail option is causing the problem?
REQUEST: Always show HEader information in emails.  (I know this seems like a 
contradiction to the "Minilmalist Way".  

What is the problem? Describe completely:
An option to have the email header (The email address - not the persons names 
show in all emails.)

Last time I looked into this, I concluded that it was not possible. However I 
have learned a lot since then. I'll re-evaluate this for a Gmail module feature 
in MinEverything

Please disable Minimalist for Gmail if you have it installed and install
Minimalist for Everything instead.
