Hide header doesn't work with new Preview Pane lab active #344

Which Minimalist for Gmail option is causing the problem?
1.7.42

What is the problem? Describe completely:
With the Preview Pane lab enabled, the header does not get hidden. The google 
bar can still be hidden though

Does the problem persist when loading Gmail with this link:
https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?labs=0 if not, list your enabled labs
experiments:

MinGmail version       - 1.7.42
Chrome version         - 15.0.844 
Chrome update channel  - canary
Operating System       - xp sp2
Language               - eng
Google apps user?      - no
Other Gmail extensions - none

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.

I will not be fixing it in MinGmail but the Gmail module for Minimalist for 
Everything will be compatible with this. You'll have to wait a month for that

THIS EXTENSION IS DEPRECATED!

Active development continues at Minimalist for Everything:

The Gmail module for Minimalist for Everything has all the same features of
Minimalist for Gmail and more!

Please disable Minimalist for Gmail if you have it installed and install
Minimalist for Everything instead.
