With Preview Pane enabled, hiding People Widget doesn't hide whole sidebar

Which Minimalist for Gmail option is causing the problem?
People Widget/Ads

What is the problem? Describe completely:
Normally hiding both the People Widget and Ads hides the whole sidebar, but 
with Preview Pane there is just an empty space.

Does the problem persist when loading Gmail with this link:
https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?labs=0 if not, list your enabled labs
experiments:
No it's gone because Preview Pane is a lab feature

MinGmail version       - 1.7.42
Chrome version         - 14.0.835.18
Chrome update channel  - dev
Operating System       - Mac OS X 10.6.8
Language               - English
Google apps user?      - No
Other Gmail extensions - None

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.
A little note: after their updates last night Floating Navigation is not 
needed! (at least for me)

I don't officially support labs features because of how many variations of 
Gmail they create, however the Preview Pane lab will be officially supported by 
the Gmail module of Minimalist for Everything. Depending on how much free time 
I have, that'll drop in the next month or so. I will not be patching Minimalist 
for Gmail for the Preview Pane.

If you use Preview Pane, Floating navigation is not necessary, however without 
the lab it's still needed. The new scrollbars are also Preview Pane specific 
for now.

True, I have a feeling Preview Pane will graduate from labs quickly though.

Yeah it will graduate when the officially launch the new UI for Gmail. That 
won't be for a while though. Probably a couple months. Gmail will be the last 
major product to get it.

Minimalist for Gmail and more!

Please disable Minimalist for Gmail if you have it installed and install
Minimalist for Everything instead.
