'Hide Refresh' actually hides 'More' #359

The only box I had checked was 'Hide Refresh'; but could see Refresh and not
More (the one including mark as unread etc). After unchecking the Hide Refresh
option, the 'More' dropdown button reappeared (throughout, the More button
remained visible in Safari and Firefox)

Enable the "Got importance buttons? Check this box!" option in the same section
and it will work.

Minimalist for Gmail is a Chrome extension. It cannot and will not affect any
other browsers...

Ah....OK, thank you very much. I love my More menu! Two notes:

1) Other browsers only provided to show it wasn't a core Gmail issue.
2) Could the wording of the importance buttons message be altered to make it
more definitely associated to the checkboxes below? I'm reasonably UI savvy and
didn't make the link that the "importance buttons" were the ones listed below
that box. As it was in the same hierarchy as the ones below I imagined it
referred to an external option rather than a "if you want to use this section
successfully, you need to have this box checked" pre-req. What if the
importance buttons box auto-checked when you check any of the ones below it?

1) Oh I see I misunderstood you
2) I agree. This will be more clear in the Gmail module for Minimalist for
Everything. That will be replacing this extension in a couple weeks
