Can't scroll messages when Floating Navigation is on

Which Minimalist for Gmail option is causing the problem?

What is the problem? Describe completely:
Same as Issue #357, only I don't have a custom inbox.

Does the problem persist when loading Gmail with this link:
https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?labs=0 if not, list your enabled labs
experiments:
Yes, the problem persists (I don't have any labs enabled anyway).

MinGmail version       - 1.7.42
Chrome version         - 13.0.782.220 m
Chrome update channel  - ?
Operating System       - Windows XP SP3
Language               - English
Google apps user?      - No
Other Gmail extensions - Google Mail Checker, gCast Weather

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.
Just can't turn on Floating Navigation.  If I do, my message display 
"disappears" when I scroll up.

Hmm I can't seem to replicate your issue. Try enabling the Preview Pane Lab and 
turning Floating navigation off. That lab includes floating navigation and you 
can view messaged in the traditional way even with Preview Pane on

Please disable Minimalist for Gmail if you have it installed and install
Minimalist for Everything instead.
