Add ability to remove the "Labels" button on Gmail #386

What is the problem? Describe completely:
I never use labels, it takes up space. I would like to leave only the "Move to" 
button, and remove the following: "Labels" and "More" on the toolbar

Does the problem persist when loading Gmail with this link:
https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?labs=0 if not, list your enabled labs
experiments:

MinGmail version       -
Chrome version         -
Chrome update channel  -
Operating System       -
Language               -
Google apps user?      -
Other Gmail extensions -

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.
