Slider Cursor above Chat

I've come across a weird issue in Gmail. I noticed this issue on Sunday night 
when I logged into Gmail. I've been able to recreate this problem when turning 
off Minimalist for Gmail and by using Internet Explorer 9 so I think it's a 
problem with Gmail.

I'm just wondering if it's possible to fix with CSS.. because I find it rather 
annoying. I'm also not sure what it's supposed to do. I've also tried using 
Gmail without labs to see if I still had the problem, and I do.

I'm guessing this is part of this renovations Google is doing with Gmail. One 
of these will be the ability to resize the chat and labels area with the line 
in between them. This must've just gotten through my mistake with Google but 
will be cleared up when they launch the new Gmail.

The Gmail module for Minimalist for Everything has all the same features of
Minimalist for Gmail and more!

Please disable Minimalist for Gmail if you have it installed and install
Minimalist for Everything instead.
