Hide Bottom Toolbar Not Working #399

I have the option to "Hide the bottom toolbar" selected and the bottom toolbar 
is being displayed. I have not transitioned to the new design yet.

The Gmail module for Minimalist for Everything has all the same features of
Minimalist for Gmail and more!

Please disable Minimalist for Gmail if you have it installed and install
Minimalist for Everything instead.
