Feature request: variable grid width #105

Just like you allow the left bar (mini calendars) to be given a custom width, I 
would like to be able to give the main calendar grid a custom width. I am 
trying to get it down to a thin, 200 to 300px width, but Google doesn't allow 
it to be sized below about 600px or so.

Love the extension!
