Header bar doesn't disappear #106

Which Minimalist for Google Calendar option is causing the problem?
Hide header/ hide all search

What is the problem? Describe completely: I have tried various combinations of 
options, but none of them get rid of the google logo, search bar, search 
button, or header. 

MinGcal version        0.7.6
Chrome version         26.0.1410.64 m
Chrome update channel  -
Operating System       Windows 7
Language               English
Google apps user?      Yes
Other GCal extensions  No

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.
