Google Calendar Minimalist - Unable to Disable #107

Which Minimalist for Google Calendar option is causing the problem?

I disabled the Minimalist for Google Calendar, but I still cannot see my 
individual calendars in the bar on the left.

What is the problem? Describe completely:
