Feature Request: reset skinny header when refresh is clicked #31

When an event is added, a message is displayed below the search box. If I click 
on 'Refresh' on the calendar, the message disappears but the empty space 
remains.

It would be nice if the empty space also disappears when 'Refresh' is clicked

Yea right now the space will only disappear when you use the browser's refresh 
function.
