Hide navigation affects tab switching in Setting page #40

Which Minimalist for Google Calendar option is causing the problem?
Hide navigation

What is the problem? Describe completely:
In Calendar setting page, if Hide navigation is enabled, click on the top part 
of the Mobile Setting or Lab tab doesn't open the tabs.

MinGcal version        - 0.6.10
Chrome version         - 12.0.712.0 dev
Chrome update channel  - dev
Operating System       - Win7
Language               - Eng
Google apps user?      - No
Other GCal extensions  - None

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.

It's not Hide navigation, it's hide header/google bar.

Follow the steps in the comments in Issue 37 to solve
