"It would be great if minimalist-gmail-specific shortcut keys could be 
customized. 

Use-case: I use toggle-header quite alot, but [ \ ] is not as easy to produce 
on non-american keyboard layouts, ditto for hide-navigation [ ` ]"

On european keyboards it had to be some key like §,° or <,> - it had to be 
reachable by the left hand in an instant.
Please implement this also in Min Gmail, because that way one can use these new 
settings in one go.
